Production is primarily carried out in Pakistan, with additional production through our manufacturing partner network in China.
Production starts once your artwork is accepted by our prepress team, you have approved the final proof and payment is confirmed.
Worldwide shipping is available. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order). Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered for the US and UK; for Canada they are the customer’s responsibility; for other destinations, customs duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and shipping arrangement and will be confirmed as part of the quote. Transit times are set by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Your quote confirms the dates for your exact specification.
How would you like to supply artwork?
We accept .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .cdr (300 dpi minimum). The digital proof is free. A physical sample is available at a small sampling cost if you want to hold the box before the full run.

Which shoe box styles are available?
The classic is a two-piece box with a lift-off lid. Hinged-lid boxes, sleeve and tray drawers and mailer-style boxes that can be shipped without an outer carton are also popular.
What size shoe box do I need?
Measure the shoes as they will be packed — usually as a pair, with tissue — and add a little room at each end. Sizes vary a lot between adult, children's and boot boxes, so we cut every box to the dimensions you send. Our measuring guide explains inside dimensions.
Cardboard or corrugated for shoe boxes?
Cardstock and paperboard give the smoothest print for retail boxes that travel inside a shipping carton. If the shoe box itself goes through the post, corrugated board is stronger. Our materials guide compares the options.
Can I print inside the box or add a QR code?
Yes. The inside can be printed as well as the outside, and QR codes — for size guides, care instructions or your store — print like any other artwork. Check the code on the proof before approving it.
Can shoe boxes be recycled?
Paper-based board is widely recyclable where local facilities accept it. Boxes without plastic window film or film lamination are generally the easiest to recycle; ask us about uncoated or kraft options if that matters to you.
