Custom Sleeve & Tray Boxes
Sleeve and tray boxes are two-part boxes: a tray that holds the product and a printed sleeve that slides over it. The slide-out motion makes them a favourite for gift sets, cosmetics, chocolates and small electronics. Pressholic makes both parts to your dimensions, in folding cardstock, kraft or rigid board, and prints them inside and out.

Tray, sleeve, and what goes between
The tray can be a simple folded carton, a rigid set-up tray with wrapped paper, or a kraft tray with a die-cut insert that holds each item in place. The sleeve can be printed full-bleed, die-cut with a window so the product shows through, or finished with foil, spot UV, embossing or a soft-touch lamination. A thumb notch in the sleeve makes the tray easy to push out.
Choosing the board
For lighter products and larger runs, 14–24pt cardstock keeps the box light and the price down. For heavier or premium items, a rigid tray with a cardstock sleeve gives the box weight and a clean edge. Tell us what goes inside and our designers will suggest a structure and send a flat and 3D proof before production.
Getting a price
Send the inside dimensions, the quantity and the finish you have in mind through the quote form. There is no minimum order quantity, no die or plate charges and matte or gloss lamination at no additional lamination charge; shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
