Sized to your mylar bag
A header card folds over the top of the bag and is stapled or sealed through it, so it starts with one measurement: the width of your bag. The card is usually the same width or a few millimetres wider. Then choose how tall the front panel should be — enough for your logo, strain or product name — and how far the fold should reach down the back.
Send us the bag size, or a photo of the bag with a ruler beside it, and our design team sets up the dieline at no charge. Every order is cut from a fresh dieline, so there are no stock sizes to fit into.
Hang holes and folds
- Round hole — for simple hooks and pegboard.
- Sombrero (euro) slot — the shape most retail peg hooks are made for; the bag hangs straight and is easy to lift off.
- Single fold — a front panel with a shorter back flap.
- Full double-sided — front and back panels the same height, printed on both sides for extra information.

Space for your required text
Cannabis and CBD labelling rules differ by state and country — warning statements, symbols, batch numbers and licence details are common. We print exactly what you supply, on the front or back panel, and you check every word on the proof before production. Please confirm your market's requirements with your compliance adviser; we do not give regulatory advice.
If the details change batch by batch, a printed card with a blank panel plus custom labels is a practical combination.
Stocks and finishes
Cardstock is the usual choice because it folds cleanly and stays flat on the peg; kraft suits natural-looking brands. Matte or gloss lamination is included free and helps the card survive handling in store. For shelf impact, add holographic effects, foil or spot UV.

Production starts once your artwork is accepted by our prepress team, you have approved the final proof and payment is confirmed.
Worldwide shipping is available. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order); customs duties outside them are paid by the customer. Transit times are set by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Your quote confirms the dates for your exact specification.
How would you like to supply artwork?
We accept .ai, .pdf, .psd, .svg, .cdr (300 dpi minimum). The digital proof is free. A physical sample is available at a small sampling cost if you want to hold the box before the full run.

What size cannabis header card do I need?
Start with the width of your mylar bag; the card is usually the same width or a few millimetres wider. Choose the front-panel height for your branding and the fold depth, or send us the bag size and our design team will set up the dieline at no charge.
Can you add a hang hole?
Yes. Round holes and the sombrero (euro) slot used on most retail peg hooks are die-cut as part of the card. Tell us the peg type and we will place the hole so the bag hangs straight.
Can you print warning statements and symbols?
Yes — we print exactly the text, symbols and marks you supply. Requirements differ by state and country, so please confirm them for your market; you check every detail on the free digital proof before production.
Which stock and finishes work best?
Cardstock folds cleanly and stays flat on the peg; kraft gives a natural look. Matte or gloss lamination is free. Holographic effects, foil and spot UV add shelf impact.
Is there a minimum order?
