Production is primarily carried out in Pakistan, with additional production through our manufacturing partner network in China.
Production starts once your artwork is accepted by our prepress team, you have approved the final proof and payment is confirmed.
Worldwide shipping is available. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order). Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered for the US and UK; for Canada they are the customer’s responsibility; for other destinations, customs duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and shipping arrangement and will be confirmed as part of the quote. Transit times are set by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Your quote confirms the dates for your exact specification.
How would you like to supply artwork?
We accept .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .cdr (300 dpi minimum). The digital proof is free. A physical sample is available at a small sampling cost if you want to hold the box before the full run.

What is the window made of?
The opening is die-cut from the board and usually covered with a clear film (PET or PVC) glued inside the box. You can also leave the window open, without film, if the product does not need protection.
Can the window be any shape?
Yes — rectangles, circles, arches and custom shapes such as your logo outline can all be die-cut. Keep a margin between the window and the folds so the box stays strong; our design team checks this on the dieline.
Which products suit window boxes?
Anything that sells on its looks: bakery and cookie boxes, soap boxes, cosmetics, toys and gift sets.
Are window boxes recyclable?
The board is widely recyclable where local facilities accept it. A plastic film window may need to be separated first; an open window without film avoids that. Tell us if recyclability matters and we will suggest the construction.
Is there a minimum order for window boxes?
There is no minimum order quantity, and there is no separate charge for dies and printing plates.
How long do custom window boxes take?
Production takes 7–14 working days once your artwork is accepted, the proof is approved and payment is confirmed.
