Production is primarily carried out in Pakistan, with additional production through our manufacturing partner network in China.
Production starts once your artwork is accepted by our prepress team, you have approved the final proof and payment is confirmed.
Worldwide shipping is available. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order). Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered for the US and UK; for Canada they are the customer’s responsibility; for other destinations, customs duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and shipping arrangement and will be confirmed as part of the quote. Transit times are set by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Your quote confirms the dates for your exact specification.

What is a header card?
A header card is a folded, printed card that sits over the top of a poly or mylar bag. It is stapled or sealed through the bag, carries your branding at eye level, and usually has a hang hole so the bag can hang on a retail peg.
What size header card do I need?
Start with the width of your bag: the card is normally the same width or a few millimetres wider. Then choose how tall the front panel should be — tall enough for your logo and product name, with the fold covering the top of the bag. Send us the bag size (or the bag itself if you have one) and our design team will set up the dieline at no charge.
Can you add hang holes to header cards?
Yes. Round holes and the "sombrero" or euro-slot shape used on most retail pegs are die-cut as part of the card. Tell us the peg type your stockist uses and we will place the hole so the bag hangs straight.
Do you make header cards for cannabis and mylar bags?
Yes — header cards are widely used on mylar bags, including for cannabis and CBD brands. Labelling rules differ by state and country, so leave space for any information your market requires; we print exactly what you supply and you approve it on the proof. Which card stock is best for header cards?
Cardstock is the usual choice because it folds cleanly and stays flat on the peg; kraft suits natural or eco-leaning brands. Matte or gloss lamination is included at no additional lamination charge and helps the card resist handling in store. For products that need a sealed plastic bubble instead of a bag, blister cards are the better fit.
