Production starts once your artwork is accepted by our prepress team, you have approved the final proof and payment is confirmed.
Worldwide shipping is available. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order). Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered for the US and UK; for Canada they are the customer’s responsibility; for other destinations, customs duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and shipping arrangement and will be confirmed as part of the quote. Transit times are set by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Your quote confirms the dates for your exact specification.

We accept .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .cdr (300 dpi minimum). The digital proof is free. A physical sample is available at a small sampling cost if you want to hold the box before the full run.

What is a blister card?
A blister card is a printed card with a clear plastic bubble (the blister) sealed to its face, holding the product so it can be seen but not handled. It is common for small hardware, cosmetics, toys and electronics.
How is the blister attached to the card?
Most blister cards are heat-sealed: the card has a coating that bonds to the plastic under heat. Some packs use staples or a trapped (folded) card instead. Tell us how you will seal your packs so the card is made to suit.
Do you supply the plastic blister as well as the card?
Tell us whether you need the printed card only or the card and blister together, along with the product size — we will confirm what is included on your quote.
Can blister cards have hang holes?
Yes. Round or euro-slot hang holes are die-cut into the card so it hangs straight on a retail peg.
What card stock is used?
Blister cards are made from cardstock or paperboard, with the thickness chosen for the product's weight so the card does not bend on the peg. For bagged products, a folded header card is the alternative.

There is no minimum order quantity. Production takes 7–14 working days once your artwork is accepted, the proof is approved and payment is confirmed.
