Which tissue box styles can you make?

The two common styles are the upright cube and the flat rectangular box, both with a dispensing opening on top. The opening can be a perforated tear-out panel or a die-cut shape, and a clear PVC window film can be added over it. Other shapes are possible because every box is cut from a fresh dieline to your size.

What size should my tissue box be?

Measure the folded tissue stack — length, width and height — and allow a little room so the tissues pull out smoothly. Our guide on how to measure a box shows how to take inside dimensions; if you are unsure, tick "Not sure of the size" in the quote form and we will help.

What material are custom tissue boxes made from?

Most tissue boxes are folding cartons in cardstock or paperboard, which is light, prints sharply and folds flat for storage. Kraft is available for a natural look. Our cardboard vs cardstock guide explains the difference if you are choosing between them.

Can the opening be perforated so customers tear it out?

Yes. Perforation is one of our standard add-ons: the panel is scored so it tears away cleanly on first use, keeping the box sealed until then.

Can you print on every side of a tissue box?

Yes — all outer panels can be printed, and the inside can be printed too. Matte or gloss lamination is included at no additional lamination charge if you want extra scuff resistance for boxes that sit out on counters and desks.

Is there a minimum order and how long does it take?

There is no minimum order quantity and no separate charge for dies and printing plates. Production takes 7–14 working days once your artwork is accepted, the proof is approved and payment is confirmed. Shipping then typically takes about 6–8 days with DHL or 8–10 days with UPS (carrier estimates, not guaranteed), and it is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order).
