Why choose Pressholic for custom foam inserts?
Whenever you need anything, Pressholic walks the extra mile to fulfill your requirements and always puts your satisfaction above everything else. As a result of our strict control of quality and adherence to your every requirement, we make sure that all cosmetic products, including nail polish and eyeliner, along with delicate promotional items such as pens and keychains, are safely packaged and delivered to your customers in custom boxes with foam inserts.

Ensure accuracy in every box and foam insert
We always make custom designed boxes to your exact dimensions, and we take special care to ensure the sizes given in the die lines are matched precisely. We guarantee that these made-to-measure boxes are not only manufactured but crafted with exact precision to a single inch of the glass or plastic of your beverage bottle or food jar, but also that the foam inserts are die cut specifically according to the shape and size of your product in order to add an additional layer of protection from damage caused by drops or bumps during shipping.
A careful examination of the foam inserts and the packaging will be delivered
Quality checks look for flaws or defects that could make your product appear low-quality or compromise its safety. Quality control procedures are strictly followed by our qualified supervisors to ensure that the box and the foam inserts are the right size, that the shape of the cavity hole matches the shape of your product such as nail polish, that the box closes or opens correctly, and that the box is the right color and printed correctly. This extensive check of every minor detail ensures the box packaging with foam inserts you get will provide maximum protection for jewellery and glass ornaments.
Personalize your payment to suit your tumular convenience
We always put the convenience of our customers first, and that is also true when it comes to payment for orders. You can choose any payment method that makes sense to you, and you’ll have the assurance of secure payment methods that will give you peace of mind. We accept all global payment methods and use well-recognized payment gateways for secure payment processing.

Questions buyers ask
Foam inserts: FAQs
Straight answers on materials, sizing, artwork and timing. Something else? Ask us.
What are foam inserts used for?
Foam inserts hold a product in a fixed position inside a box so it cannot move, rub or break in transit. They are common for glass bottles and jars, electronics, tools, cosmetics sets and gift sets.
What is the difference between foam inserts and EVA foam inserts?
Foam is a family of materials. Softer foams cushion well; EVA foam inserts are denser and firmer, hold a crisp cut-out shape and have a more premium look — which is why they are often used in presentation and rigid gift boxes.
How do you make the cut-outs fit my product?
Send the product dimensions — or the product itself if you prefer — and tell us how the items should sit. Our design team draws the cavities at no charge and you approve a free digital proof — a flat mock-up and a 3D view — before anything is printed.
Can you make the box and the insert together?
Yes, and it is the best way to get a good fit. Quote the box and the insert in one request — for example a rigid two-piece box or a mailer box — so both are designed to the same measurements.
Is there a minimum order for foam inserts?
There is no minimum order quantity, and there is no separate charge for dies and printing plates.
How long do custom foam inserts take?
Production takes 7–14 working days once your artwork is accepted, the proof is approved and payment is confirmed. Shipping then typically takes about 6–8 days with DHL or 8–10 days with UPS (carrier estimates, not guaranteed), and it is free on every order to the US, UK and Canada (one delivery address per order). Need it sooner? Ask for rush production, which shortens production by a few days.
