How are rigid round boxes made?
A rigid round box is a thick board tube wrapped in printed or textured paper, with a matching lid and base. The heavy board keeps the shape crisp, which is why round boxes are popular for candles, cosmetics, flowers, tea and gifts.
What size can a round box be?
We cut to the inside diameter and height you give us. Measure the product at its widest point and allow a little room for tissue or an insert. See our guide to rigid boxes for more on how rigid packaging is sized and built.
Which lid styles are available?
Common options are a full lid that slides over the base and a shoulder (neck) style, where an inner collar holds the lid at a set height. We confirm the construction with your quote and show it on the 3D proof.
Can I add an insert to hold the product?
Yes. EVA foam inserts or card inserts can be cut to hold a jar, bottle or set of items in position.
Which finishes work on round boxes?
Foil stamping, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch all work on the wrap paper. Matte or gloss lamination is included at no additional lamination charge.
